We offer exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange, the return courier/shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your exchange.
